WHAT YOU ARE BUYING
Useful work. Not just time typing.
Your service allowance covers reading, checking information, replies, related follow up, quality review, documentation and client coordination.
One clear allowance
Service hours are the plan limit. Conversation counts help you choose; they are not a second billing limit or a guarantee. A complex case may take longer than a routine question.
How are conversation estimates calculated?
These planning estimates assume eight minutes of total handling per conversation, with 2 hours reserved for monthly coordination and documentation in Essential, 3 in Core and 4 in Expanded.
Essential: (10 − 2) × 60 ÷ 8 = 60. Core: (20 − 3) × 60 ÷ 8 = 127.5, shown conservatively as about 125. Expanded: (30 − 4) × 60 ÷ 8 = 195. Your actual workload may differ.
How do follow ups and exceptions work?
One customer issue and its related follow up are one conversation for reporting. Reopening the same issue does not create a new reported case, but actual work uses service time in the month performed. Spam and duplicate messages are excluded from conversation counts.
Replies follow your approved information. Pricing exceptions, sensitive situations and decisions outside agreed authority go to your designated person.
BUILD THE FOUNDATION
Start with good answers.
A setup project can make sense before recurring support. If volume is low, a useful FAQ and playbook may be all you need.
FOR MONTHLY SUPPORT
Standard onboarding
$495 one time
Up to six service hours to prepare the agreed workflow, approved-answer library, escalation instructions, access checks and draft-response review.
Additional to the monthly fee. Any work beyond this scope is agreed before it begins.
A STANDALONE PROJECT
FAQ & playbook setup
$650 one time
Up to eight service hours. Agree the deliverables before work begins: a possible scope is up to 15 approved answers, an escalation guide and one revision round.
Platform access and any publishing work are scoped individually. A monthly plan is not required.
AVAILABILITY IS A SEPARATE COMMITMENT
Live chat. Within agreed windows.
Give website visitors approved answers during specific coverage windows. Confirm availability before reserving a schedule.
$85 per reserved hour
Minimum 10 hours monthly: $850. Reserved time counts even when no chat arrives.
This is separate from the email/inquiry retainers. The same working hour is never billed twice across chat and email. Continuous availability and immediate responses are not promised.
Employee/year = 12 × employee/month + one-time recruiting/onboarding. Service/year = 12 × service/month + $495 standard onboarding. Difference = employee cost − service cost. Calculations use entered amounts before rounding for display.
Only entered optional costs are included. Inputs stay in this browser page; they are not sent, stored or tracked.

BEFORE YOU CHOOSE
Clear terms. Useful answers.
Are service hours the same as coverage hours?
No. Service hours measure the work included in your monthly allowance. Coverage windows describe when that work can happen. Both are agreed before work begins. A ten-hour allowance does not mean continuous or immediate availability.
What happens if I need more support?
Additional service time is $85/hour, subject to written approval and available capacity. There are no automatic overage charges. Agree extra time, a new package or a revised scope before recurring charges change.
Do unused hours carry over?
No. Unused monthly capacity expires because it reserves capacity for your agreed work. Review your actual workload so the package remains appropriate.
Can I cancel or move to a smaller plan?
The proposed notice period for cancellation or downgrade is 30 days. The effective date and any new scope are confirmed in writing before recurring charges change.
Is onboarding included in the monthly price?
No. Standard onboarding is $495 for up to six hours and is additional to the monthly fee. Any extra setup work is scoped and approved separately.
Can we keep our existing inbox or software?
We review access, compatibility and any additional software costs before setup. Your existing platform is not automatically replaced. Your business retains authority over policies and exceptions.
What if our volume is too low for a monthly plan?
Choose a scoped FAQ or playbook project if better approved answers and clearer handoffs are enough. The assessment should help you avoid buying ongoing support you do not need.
Are these prices a promise of savings or results?
No. The appropriate scope depends on your information, workload and coverage needs. The hiring comparison shows entered-cost scenarios, not equivalent full-time staffing or guaranteed savings, sales or satisfaction.
